  • SALARY - $55,000 - $75,000 annual

    Account Executive responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and preparing sales reports. Account Executives also answer client questions and identify new business opportunities among existing customers and high-value targets. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams of other Account Executives to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel (less than 5%).

    • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
    • Prepare reports and hold monthly coordination calls reviewing account status
    • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities with new SALT prospects
    • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed


    Day to Day Work

    • Build, manage and advise a book of business with 15-20 Clients, supporting up to $250,000 in annual revenue
    • Oversee a technology-driven lead generation program for each client
    • Capture and nurture client leads through lead generation platform
    • Design customized outbound messaging for prospecting
    • Provide weekly progress reports and conduct monthly meetings for each client
