Who We are at SALT

One of my favorite things I noticed when I joined SALT was the relaxed, family feel to the company; everyone genuinely cares for each other, shows up, and is involved in each other's lives.

In early 2025, we transferred from an office to working from home for all our employees, and it's honestly been one of the best choices we’ve ever made. Every Monday, we come together for our team meeting, and it’s not uncommon to see a teammate with a young child in their arms on screen. We love this. We are so happy to have parents loving their children and put them first. It gives us hope.
Just last month, during our weekly shout-outs, one of our directors, Quaid, took a moment to recognize something very personal. He gave an informal shout-out to the daughter of one of our account managers, who had recently undergone brain surgery and was resting in her father’s arms during the call. Celebrating that she was doing better. It was a sweet, heartfelt moment, one that perfectly reflects who we are as a company.
At SALT, work is important, but people come first. Because without our people giving SALT their all, we would not be where we are today.
