Top of Funnel: Targeting the Right Accounts

The Goal of the top of the funnel is to proactively qualify accounts before building relationships. At the top of the funnel, accounts that do not line up with the client's needs are removed from the list. We don't waste time chasing accounts we know will not be compatible with the client.

 
Middle of Funnel: Building Relationships That Convert
The goal of the middle of the funnel is to build trust. We want to be consistent, trustworthy, and approachable. Once we build a relationship, we identify Pain, Interest, or Need (PIN). If the opportunity expresses interest in the client, the opportunity is moved to the bottom of the funnel for further conversation.

 
Bottom of Funnel: Turning Conversations Into Opportunities
Once the opportunity expresses interest or pain, the goal of the bottom of the funnel is to convert that opportunity into business for the client. This includes introductory meetings and RFQ’s. We also track wins and losses in order to refine our process every time.
