Client:

Machine Shop with $10M in annual revenue focused on higher volume CNC Machining projects.



Opportunity:

The client added Honda Aircraft Company as a high value target in March of 2022. We identified a decision maker early on in the prospecting process, but they never responded after multiple attempts to reconnect. We added other potential contacts and proceeded to prospect them for almost 12 months before receiving an email from a Suply Chain Manager who was starting a new R&D project for a new plane. The decision maker was unhappy with his current suppliers and was struggling to find new ones who would take the work, which were simplistic components such as brackets, shims, stiffners, etc. We then initiated an NDA and connected the decision maker with our client to discuss project details further. Two months after our client had taken the account over, they informed me they received 4 PO’s totally $300K each. In total our client has won approximately $1.5 million in PO’s over the course of the relationship.


Client:

International Wire Harness Manufacturing Company specializing in wire harnesses for aerospace applications.


Opportunity:

This opportunity resulted from our list of verified decision makers in August of 2023 and was our client’s first opportunity. The prospect is a medium sized Aerospace & Defense Company specializing in avionic systems and munitions for UAV’s. The prospect was looking for a new wire harness supplier on a project they were awarded from the DOD.

We set our client and prospect up on a call to discuss project details and our client’s capabilities further. A month after the call, our client was awarded a $150K PO and has been awarded more PO’s totaling $250K within the first 6 months of our services.


Client:

Metal Fabrication House with AS9100 certifications. They specialize in lower volume parts with CNC Machining complexity.


Opportunity:

This opportunity came from a campaign SALT put together in Mid 2023. A buyer from a defense contractor who specializes in a wide array of countermeasure and sensor technologies had reached out for information on our client’s capabilities related to machining & fabrication. The prospect was actively looking for new suppliers in the next 2 to 3 months after being awarded a 5 year contract with the Air Force. After viewing our client’s capabilities / certifications, we received an NDA followed by a test quote which entailed fabricated boxes made of aluminum. After the test quote was returned the prospect was pleased with our lead time/pricing and sent us a formal RFQ with 3 packages (quoted value of $130,000). The prospect then proceeded to tell us we had been approved as an official supplier and our client would need to have an audit to complete the process. Three months after the audit our client has received recurring PO’s monthly that have totaled $300k, with an estimate of $1 million in PO’s by year end.
