We're a team of sales professionals with expertise in targeting and penetrating large complex accounts. Over the past 10 years, we have built programs for up to 400 businesses, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable results in a variety of industries.

Our Founder's Story

Anthony Colarusso built SALT Marketing around a core insight: the same supply chain principles that optimize manufacturing can transform how companies approach sales.

A graduate of Bowling Green State University, home to one of the top supply chain programs in the world, he gained hands-on industry experience that led him to John Deere in Waterloo, Iowa. He worked alongside Six Sigma Black Belts designing and optimizing manufacturing cells — learning firsthand that performance begins with process, measurement, and visibility.

While working closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, Anthony consistently saw disciplined production systems driven by defined processes and measurable KPIs. Yet when conversations shifted to sales, that discipline often disappeared. Production was measured down to the millisecond and penny; yet sales frequently lacked a defined process, consistent measurement, or visibility. A thesis began to form: apply supply chain principles to the sales side of the business.
